Core 360 belongs to Core Property Consulting OPC ("REMAX Core"). It is for REMAX Core team members only, by invitation from the Admin. By signing in, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy notice.

• Your account is for you alone. Don't share your password or two-step codes, or let anyone else use a device you registered.
• Remove a lost or shared device from My Profile › Security, and tell the Admin at once if you think someone else used your account.
• What you do in Core 360 is recorded (sign-ins, changes, and document uploads and views).

• Use Core 360 only for REMAX Core work: listings, leads, viewings, deals and the documents that go with them.
• Keep records accurate and up to date, and record a client's consent before sending follow-up messages or reminders.
• Don't copy, export or forward client or owner data except as a transaction needs. Don't try to see data your role doesn't allow, or get around the access rules.
• Don't upload anything unlawful or anything you have no right to share.

Client, owner and deal information in Core 360 is confidential and belongs to REMAX Core and the people it is about. Keep it confidential while you work with us and after you leave. When you leave, your access ends and your open leads and listings are handed over.

Some tools use AI (for example reading a contact screenshot, a market analysis or a social media caption). AI can be wrong: check every result before you rely on it or send it to anyone. You remain responsible for what you send and advise.

Using an AI tool may be charged to you at its actual AI cost plus an admin fee, as shown in Billing; the button shows an estimate before you run it. Charges are listed on your monthly statement, to be settled as stated there. The Admin sets which tools are charged.

During the beta, Core 360 is still being tested: features may change, and there may be errors or interruptions. Use only sample data until the Admin says real data may be entered. Please report problems with Beta feedback in the menu.

REMAX Core may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if your work with us ends, or to protect the people whose data is in Core 360.

We will post any change to these terms here with its date. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines; any dispute goes to the proper courts of Makati City, Philippines.
